  3. Premium support: Sunday - Friday 9:00-22:00 IDT. Technical assistance in up to 1 business day for top severity issues. There is a 5-seats minimum for SF orgs with 50+ users. There is a 10-seats minimum for SF orgs with 200+ users. There is a 20-seats minimum for SF orgs with 400+ users.
  4. Our Salesforce apps are: Smart-Activity-Manager, Smart-Mass-Update & Smart-Tables, DeDup-Manager. All our Salesforce apps will be included when you purchase a license.
  5. Auto Merge, Merge Jobs, Import Jobs, Auto Convert and & Find-Matching-Records are only available for annual premium licenses with 5+ seats/users or equivalent subscriptions. There is a 10-seats minimum for SF orgs with 200+ users. There is a 20-seats minimum for SF orgs with 400+ users.
