- Payment Terms: yearly payments via PayPal / credit cards has a payment fee of 3.4% (read more).

- The plans above include support tickets for assistance in customizing/configuring the app(s). Without a valid support plan a per-hour support plan is available for assistance in customizing & configuring new functionality.
- Top severity issue is defined as an issue with no reasonable workaround that is stopping the customer from using the product.
- The number of support tickets is per company for system administrators.

- The old basic plan was canceled - old subscriptions need to choose a new / different plan.
