Enable
After ZaapIT is installed and set up, simply navigate to the Metadata EditorChoose Metadata Object
Once inside, select the appropriate metadata and edit it using the editor. You can back up the current settings as a JSON file, and you also have the option to upload a modified JSON.Save and Deploy
When the edits are complete, simply save and deploy the changes.

The Mass Metadata Update feature is included with the standard license

Currently the feature works with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and Tasks, custom objects and custom metadata.
When can I restore an mass metadata update?
Records can currently be restored after an update takes place. Keep the old JSON settings to revert to a previous version.
Where is data backed up?
The data is backed up inside your Salesforce / local PC
How long is the backup retained?
Data can be retained for as long as you'd like.
Does the process affect anything?
The changed metadata may affect the changed fields, layout, validation rules, etc
