  1. Standard support: 5 days a week 9:00-20:00 IDT Monday - Thursday, 9:00-17:00 IDT on Friday, for the embedded Smart-Tables, technical assistance in up to 3 business days for top severity issues.
  2. Premium support: 6 days a week 9:00-22:00 IDT - Sunday to Friday for the embedded Smart-Tables, technical assistance in up to 1 business day for top severity issues.
  3. Our Salesforce apps are: Smart-Activity-Manager, Smart-Mass-Update & Smart-Tables, DeDup Manager. All our Salesforce apps will be included when you purchase a license. Plans with 1-5 seats are billed annually, plans with 7+ seats are billed on a month-to-month basis (contact us for a custom annual billing plan).
Additional Remarks
  • The above prices does not include VAT - only applicable to companies that has a branch / located in Israel.
  • Payment Terms: monthly / yearly payments via PayPal / Credit cards has a payment fee of 3.4% (read more).
  • All payments will be billed in US dollars
  • The above support plans includes human assistance in customizing/configuring new Smart-Tables. Without an a support plan a per-hour support plan is available for assistance in customizing & configuring new functionality.
  • Top severity issues are defined as an issue with no reasonable workaround that is stopping the customer from using the product.
  • The App’s terms & condition are located on the App’s home page on AppExchange under the details tab.
  • The number of support tickets is per company for system administrators.
  • NGO / NFP orgs: contact us to get a discount / FREE seats.
  • The old basic plan was canceled - old subscriptions need to choose a new / different plan.
