Making facilitation payments, except in cases of immediate threat to health or safety.
Providing gifts, hospitality, or entertainment intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, conflicts of interest, or misrepresentation.
4. Compliance and Due Diligence
Conducting proper due diligence on third parties and business partners to ensure compliance with anti-bribery laws.
Keeping accurate records of all transactions and expenses to prevent concealment of improper payments.
Reporting any suspicious or unethical behavior to management or designated compliance officers.
5. Enforcement and Reporting
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts.
Any concerns or suspected breaches must be reported immediately via the company’s internal reporting channels.
ZaapIT ensures protection against retaliation for employees who report misconduct in good faith.
6. Legal Compliance
ZaapIT complies with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, the anti-corruption laws of Israel, and other relevant local regulations.
